Nobody's House (and Nobody's Home)

Empty Rooms With so Much In Them

5 notes

I’m very proud my ancestors stood up to Northern aggression. The Confederate flag to me is not only a symbol of our brief period of independence and our loyalty to the 1789 Constitution, but also a symbol of Christian liberty vs. the new world order.

Rep. Loy Mauch. Do I even need to name the party to which the man belongs? And sadly, Mauch also has this to say about a man who once did his party proud:

I would like to thank this newspaper’s editorialist for publishing the tribute to Abraham Lincoln as well as his second inaugural address so that the readers can see for themselves what a fake this neurotic Northern war criminal truly was.

Congratulations to this illustrious member of the GOP for pounding another nail in the coffin of what was, a long time ago, a party worthy of respect which gave us some fine statesmen.

Now, of course, it’s the party of Romney, Ryan, Akin, Mauch, and other foul buffoons too numerous to mention. You know, the Republicans might be onto something in their condemnation of the theory of evolution after all… at least when it comes to themselves.
